Investigation of a property may occur prior to signing an offer and through a due diligence period.  Due diligence is not just inspections and includes financial investigation, property use and restrictions, zoning laws, legal  reviews and reviews of leases, easements and documents and more.  This workshop helps teach how to advise clients to make good decisions on whether they want to move forward with buying or leasing the property, or otherwise, go forward with the transaction before closing. Discover the foundational logic for conducting the property investigation at both ends of the continuum remains the same.  Learn to identify the risks so that you can adequately balance those risks with the potential gain.
