Sometimes the best deals aren't on the open market!   Some commercial and investment real estate owners are willing to sell their properties, but don't want the marketing of those properties to impact their business or their occupancy levels.

Off market real estate refers to properties that are available for sale, but not in the traditional sense, as they are quietly marketed without being available through major channels.   These include multi-unit investments, hotels, gas stations and other highly sought assets.

The only way an off-market property sale is made known is through the broker or the broker’s network—not public advertising.
